1. Legal Compliance & Firearm Sales1.1 Federal and State Laws
All sales are conducted in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns/ammunition and 21 years of age to purchase handguns/receivers.1.
2 FFL Transfer Requirement
Per ATF regulations, firearms cannot be shipped directly to an individual. All firearm purchases made through the Site must be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
- It is the customer's responsibility to contact their local FFL dealer and arrange for them to send a copy of their license to tayloredrifles@gmail.com
- Any fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3 Restricted States
We will not ship Products to jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the firearm, magazine capacity, or accessory is legal in their specific state and municipality.
2. Custom Builds & Services
2.1 Lead Times
Custom firearms are built to order. While we provide estimated lead times, these are projections and not guarantees. Delays in component availability or production do not entitle the customer to a refund of a non-refundable deposit.
2.2 Deposits
For custom builds, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure components and laboratory time. Once work has commenced or specialized parts have been ordered, this deposit cannot be returned.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Risk of Loss
All Products purchased from Taylored Rifles are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
3.2 Ammunition
Ammunition must be shipped via ground transport and requires an adult signature upon delivery. We cannot ship ammunition to P.O. Boxes.
4. Returns & Cancellations
4.1 Firearm Returns
Once a firearm is transferred to you by your local FFL dealer, it is considered "used" and cannot be returned to Taylored Rifles. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at the FFL dealer before completing the transfer.
4.2 Restocking Fees
Cancelled orders for standard stock items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
5.1 Safety Warning
Firearms are inherently dangerous. By purchasing from us, you assume all risk associated with the use, misuse, or storage of the Products. Taylored Rifles LLC is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use of our Products.
5.2 Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Custom builds carry a limited lifetime warranty on the workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper maintenance, reloaded ammunition, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Taylored Rifles LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kaufman County, Texas.
